• KX250 (1997)

    This is the 1997 KX250 race machine of Jeff Emig. In accordance with AMA regulations, factory machines in the U.S. were modified versions of production models, but that did not mean that they were not full of the latest Kawasaki technology. Front forks with sub-chambers, engines with modified intake and exhaust porting… these were all typical of factory racers. In 1997, Emig was crowned a double champion, winning the AMA Supercross Championship and successfully defending his AMA National Motocross title.
