The Ninja ZX-7RR made a stunning debut in 1996, with Doug Chandler taking the AMA Superbike Championship in ’96 and ’97. Then in 2000, the Ninja ZX-7RR won the All-Japan Road Racing Championship. Thereafter it was a regular top finisher in the World Superbike Championship dominated at the time by 1000cc twins, proving to all the incredible performance of this remarkable machine.
