- Pay attention to people, objects and traffic conditions while operating the motorcycle, not to the app screen or app voice . Scan constantly, follow traffic rules, and ride responsibly to avoid distraction or serious injury from collisions or riders falling.

- Navigation and Voice Command functions will be available only to users who have a licence, which is available for an additional charge. Supported functions may vary depending on model.

- Understand that voice command may not be recognized properly or may fail to respond due to factors such as wind while driving.

- Understand that the navigation system's location search and route guidance are not guaranteed to work 100% correctly and that there is a possibility that they may fail.

- Voice command and navigation functions are not available worldwide and are only available in certain countries, regions, and languages.

- Only make phone calls using the app when it is safe to do so. Pay attention to the people, objects and traffic conditions while operating the motorcycle, and not to the app screen or app voice.

- To use Voice Command, connect to a headset.

To use the voice command and navigation features, a license is required to activate these functions.
Licenses can be obtained free of charge only for customers in eligible countries and with eligible models.
The methods for obtaining a license are as follows:

Until December 2026
When purchasing a new vehicle, the dealer will provide a QR code for a free one‑year license. Please scan the QR code on the feature activation screen in the app to activate the functions.

From December 2026 onward
The functions can be activated by tapping a button on the license activation screen within the app.
This method will apply both to first‑time activation and to license renewals.
Please note that deales will no longer distribute QR codes after this time.

The license distributed at the time of new‑vehicle purchase is valid for one year. Although licenses can be renewed using the method described above from December 2026 onward, accounts whose licenses expire before that time will have their validity period automatically extended by the system. This ensures that customers who already possess a license can continue to use the features without interruption.
*Until the method for obtaining the license changes in December 2026, licenses will be distributed only at the time of new‑vehicle purchase for eligible models. However, from December 2026 onward, owners of pre‑owned vehicles will also be able to obtain a license.

The following countries are eligible for license distribution. The number of target countries is scheduled to be expanded gradually.

USA, Canada, Japan, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Netherlands,Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Luxembourg, Australia, New Zealand

The availability of models that compatible with the app license are vary by market.

If the following requirements are not met, the function may not work properly.

Headset:
・BluetoothⓇ 4.0 or higher compatible and supports HSP/HFP profiles
・Microphone function for calls

Smartphone:
・Android 11 or later, iOS 15 or later
・RAM size 3GB or more (4GB or more recommended)
・Free storage space 2GB or more

Voice command and navigation features have different levels of feature support in different countries.

In addition, in countries and regions not listed in the above coverage levels, the navigation function will be completely unavailable or will be significantly limited.

Voice command:
- Voice command support the following 8 languages:
   English (US), English (UK), English (Australian), Spanish (Spain), French (France),
   German(Germany), Italian, Japanese
　
- The recognition rate of voice commands may be lower in countries where that language is not used.
　For example, when searching for Japanese place names with French selected, place names
　outside of major cities may not be recognized properly.
